Whether you’re planning a day trip or an extended stay, Amble offers plenty of places to eat with its fantastic food scene that I’ve personally tried and tested. Known as the 'Friendliest Port', Amble boasts a welcoming atmosphere, stunning seaside views, and a bustling harbour. It’s even earned a touch of fame as a filming location in the TV series, Vera.
Amble’s culinary scene is as vibrant as it is enticing. From freshly caught seafood straight off local fishing boats to fine dining experiences, this charming seaside town caters to every palate. Savour succulent crab by the harbour or indulge in a gourmet meal with stunning sea views; every dish embodies the heart of Amble’s coastal charm. Add the breathtaking scenery, and you’ve got all the ingredients for an unforgettable day.
