It was a very spacious, comfortable and well equipped house. It was easy to control the heating which was great on a chilly autumnal day. There is parking on site, but be aware it is tricky to manoeuvre a larger car. It is on the main road through the village but we weren't concerned by the noise. It is well placed for all Seahouses has to offer. TRead morehere were some lovely welcoming touches (bottle of wine and sweets!). Hide

Don't be put off by the outside pictures of the cottage. The inside more than makes up for it. Very close to all the excellent amenities and very central for visiting castles, coastal villages etc. The local people were very friendly and helpful.
