We were very happy in our cosy cottage. The Annexe is sited in a private remote place, hidden behind a sand dune. Beautiful walks direct from the door park up and enjoy. The cottage was well equipped and well maintained. Spotless. Slept very well on very comfy bed, cotton bedding Great compact kitchen with washer/dryer

Fantastic stay in The Annexe. Lovely well equipped accommodation. Cosy and very clean. So close to the beach for amazing walks either way along the sand. We went to Craster - The Joly Fisherman, The Ship Inn, The Landings and The Craster Inn. Would definitely recommend this beautiful accommodation.

An excellent location for exploring the Northumberland Coast. Remote location but only 10 minutes from the A1. A 5 minute walk to the beach, and what a stunning beach. Cottage was good with everything supplied that you would be likely to need. A great relaxing week in a superb part of the UK.

Small but comfortable renovated farm building. Very warm and cosy. Unfortunately due to it's compact nature there isn't anywhere to sit in the morning sun but there are outside seats for the evening sun. We mostly used it as a base for touring and then walking across the headland to The Ship in Lower Newton in the evening. Walk back along the road Read morewith torch. There is a nearer pub but we preferred this one. However if you want to eat there book early! Great beach for paddleboarding. Hide

We had a pleasant stay in this cottage which was fully equipped for two people. The downside was a lack of a comfortable seating area outside, unless you wanted to sit on the wooden seats next to the dustbins with gravel underfoot and cars and delivery vans driving past.
