I stayed at the archers with my parents and 2 dogs late September and we had a great week. The cottage is near to so many sights to see, Alnwick was good but Id really recommend a visit to Chillingham castle, so interesting! The cottage had everything we needed and we enjoyed using the log burner on the evenings when the temperature dropped a bit. The cottage was the perfect size for us as a couple, all the utensils , crockery and kitchen appliances were nearly new and the furnishings were top quality.
