Alnmouth is an upmarket, coastal village full of charm which attracts visitors from all over the world. The golden beach is popular for relaxing strolls and ideal for families making sandcastles and playing beach games.  The apartment is a few metres from a great range of restaurants, pubs, cafes, gift shops and galleries.  Approximately five miles away by car is the market town of Alnwick, home to some of the country’s top attractions, including Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Gardens.  Alnwick Castle is well known as being a location for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films.  Other Northumberland attractions and villages including Bamburgh, Holy Island, Amble Marina and Craster are all within easy reach.

Accommodation Summary:
 
This property is the penthouse apartment of three beautiful apartments that make up South View House.  The entrance hallway is communal, with a lift and stairs to the top two apartments including the South View Penthouse Apartment.  The apartment is on the second floor and has beautiful wood flooring, central heating and air-conditioning throughout.  This apartment is suitable for anyone with limited mobility. 
 
Entrance: - From the communal entrance, the apartment leads into a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area.  There is a central electrical control touchscreen that regulates the lighting, heating, air-conditioning and sound system for the whole apartment.  Each room has separate individual controls too so you can alter each room manually, and there are individual remote controls to open and close the blinds and windows.    
 
Balcony:  To the front of the property are large bi-folding doors opening out onto the large south facing balcony.  Relax on the wooden lounge style furniture and enjoy the 180 degrees view of the estuary. 
 
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area with sea views:   This large open plan space is well-appointed with exposed wood beams becoming a lovely feature in the room.  The room is flooded with natural daylight and has great sea-views. 
Lounge - has a lovely decorative feature fire place and there are 2 large leather sofas with low coffee table and floor lamp.  A 40" TV is wall mounted above the fireplace, offering a Sky TV package including sports and movies. 
Dining – two dining tables, within each alcove and seating for up to 8 people
Kitchen - fully equipped with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer drawers and a separate wine fridge.  There is a large double stainless-steel sink and gas hobs built into the worktops and there is plenty of storage space for your own food.
 
Master Bedroom:  This bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage within the large wardrobes.  The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with Bathtub, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
 
Bedroom 2:  Twin bedded room with bedside cabinets, wardrobes and en-suite shower-room, with rain shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Situated in the heart of Alnmouth, overlooking the Aln estuary.  The apartment is a short walk to the beach.  Just five miles to Alnwick and thirty minutes drive to Seahouses.
