South View Garden Apartment is a beautifully furnished ground floor apartment, in the popular coastal village of Alnmouth. Renovated to a very high standard, this apartment offers spacious living for your party of up to 6 people with 3 en-suite bedrooms.  The property benefits from a south facing sun room with private garden overlooking the estuary of the River Aln.  There is an open plan lounge/dining room with an Italian designed, bespoke kitchen, fully equipped with integrated appliances.  To the rear of the property, there is access to private, secure parking for one car. This contemporary apartment is an idyllic retreat for anyone looking for luxurious holiday accommodation with access to the beach within 2 minutes. 
 

Alnmouth is picture postcard perfect with its colourful cottages, set along the north bank of the River Aln Estuary.  The beach has a vast expanse of golden sand and is popular with families making sandcastles and playing beach games.  The village itself is offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and gift shops.  If you are a keen golfer, there is a lovely golf course overlooking the sea.  The village is located approximately five miles from the town of Alnwick, with its cobbled streets and diverse collection of individual shops, it also houses some of the country’s top attractions, including Alnwick Castle & The Alnwick Garden.  Alnwick Castle is well known as being a location for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films.  Stop by The Alnwick Garden and visit one of the world’s largest tree houses!

This apartment is one of three beautiful apartments within South View House.  The entrance hallway is communal, with a lift and stairs to the other two apartments.  The Garden Apartment is on the ground floor and has beautiful wood flooring, central heating and airconditioning throughout.  This apartment is suitable for anyone with limited mobility. 
 
Entrance: - From the communal entrance, the apartment leads into a large hallway, with all the rooms leading off from here.  The hallway houses a central electrical control touchscreen that regulates the lighting, heating, air-conditioning and sound system for the whole apartment.  Each room has separate individual controls so you can alter manually, and individual remote controls to open and close the blinds and windows.    
 
Sun Room:  To the front of the property is the south facing sun room, with large bi-fold doors that open out onto the private garden.  There is a decked area with additional outside seating in the garden.  Relax on the comfortable wicker style furniture and enjoy the 180 degrees view of the estuary.  There is also a 40’ freestanding TV.
 
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area: Access from the hallway or via the sun room, this expansive open plan space is luxurious, with seaviews. 
Lounge - to the front of the room, has a lovely decorative feature fire place and there are 2 large leather sofas with low coffee table and floor lamp.  A 40’ TV is wall mounted above the fireplace, offering a Sky TV package including sports and movies. 
Dining – a wood dining table that seats up to 6 people
Kitchen - fully equipped with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a separate wine fridge.  There is a large double stainless-steel sink and gas hobs built into the worktops and there is plenty of storage space for your own food.
 
Master Bedroom:  with views to the front, this room has a king-size bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage within the large wardrobes.  The master bedroom has an en-suite shower-room with double walk in rain shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
 
Bedroom 2:  Twin bedded room with bedside cabinets, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, including a bathtub, rain shower, 2 free-standing wash basins, WC and heated towel rail.  
 
Bedroom 3:  Twin bedded room with bedside cabinets, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, with rain shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail
 
Utility Room:  To the rear of the property is a handy utility room, with additional freezer space, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station.
 
Cloakroom:  With washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
 
Car Parking:  There is a private secure parking to the rear of the property for one car through the roller shutter door, opening onto the shared courtyard.  If you have an additional car, there are free parking bays nearby.
