Enjoy beautiful surroundings and glorious views from this newly refurbished, three storey, coastal property, located in an enviable position close to the harbour and sights of popular Seahouses. Seascape can sleep 4 guests in comfort and style and has brand new everything, with a lovely nautical theme and a lot of thoughtful touches which will make you smile.

On the ground floor, you can park your car under the generous sized car port attached to the property and for those of you with a 'Green' vehicle, there is a charging point for electric cars. Inside there is a utility room with a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and coat hooks – handy for coming in from the beach.

On the first floor, there is a light and spacious Master bedroom . The second bedroom is also light and airy. The stunning family bathroom, has a freestanding stylish bath, modern WC and wash basin with plenty of storage for your toiletries. Complimentary bath robes and slippers are provided for your use during your stay.

Upstairs to the second floor and the WOW! factor view from the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area! The dining area has a large round table with matching chairs seating 4 next to the patio doors which lead on to the small balcony with great views and patio furniture.
The kitchen area is light and spacious with a breakfast bar and tall seating for 2, as well as all the modern conveniences you will need and more, plus a large Velux window.

Seascape has modern, electric heating with boost buttons on the two lounge radiators making the property an excellent holiday option all year round.

Outside: The covered car port offers off road parking under the apartment. N.B.The owners have also fitted an electric Charging Point for 'GREEN' electric cars!

Ground Floor

Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, coat hooks, ironing board and iron, mop and bucket etc.

First Floor

Landing: Full length mirror.
Master bedroom: King size bed with one bedside cabinet and lamp, large, double wardrobe, tallboy (drawers), easy chair. Ensuite shower room with modern WC and small hand basin. Complimentary bath robes and slippers are provided for your use during your stay.
Twin Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, wall mirror and flat screen TV with in-built DVD player.

Family bathroom: White suite – Freestanding bath, WC and Wash Basin with plenty of storage beneath.

Second Floor

Lounge area: Two leather sofas, Wi-Fi, floor lamp, cabinet with drawers and cupboards, 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, CR and radio.
Dining area: Large round dining table with seating for 4. Patio doors leading to small balcony with patio table and seating for 2 overlooking the courtyard below and offering stunning views of the harbour, Farne Islands, Bamburgh Castle etc.
Kitchen area: Breakfast bar with seating for 2. Modern kitchen with separate under-counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere, plus all the utensils and cooking equipment you will need to prepare a full meal.

Parking 

For one vehicle is under the private car port.

Bed linen, towels and utilities are included in the price.

We've just returned from a short break at this lovely property. Seascape has been modernised and upgraded sympathetically taking into consideration its surroundings - loads of little seaside themed pictures and ornaments etc. There were 3 of us in our party and it was a perfect size with plenty of room. The slippers and bathrobes were a nice touch and it was very much a ' home from home'. The location of Seascape is ideal literally a few minutes walk from the harbour. There is a great view from the living room overlooking Bamburgh Castle. There are several pubs within a 30 second walk. We had several nice meals in Seahouses. I'd recommend The Indian Brasserie and Ensieme Italian. If you have kids in tow a visit to Alnwick Castle is a must . Our daughter loved the broomstick training and Jester show. There was a bird of prey show on as well so spent the full day there. Overall we had a great time and Seahouses, whilst not as scenic as its neighbouring villages is a central location to base yourself and explore the region. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic part of the country, pretty much perfect location and beautifully decorated and equipped house. So many things to do in the area and (unlike further south) easy to get around and not crowded. Some of the best beaches in the country. Will be back...and the I'm bringing my surfboard :)

Beautiful decor, modern and stylish. Love this area as it is so convenient for exploring the Northumberland coast and its many attractions.The cottage is beautiful and perfectly decorated in a seaside theme. Views of Bamburgh Castle and the boats in the harbour add to the ambiance. All in all perfect!
