Little Panhaven is a beautifully refurbished and tastefully furnished seaside themed ground floor apartment for 4. It is located close to Little Shore beach in the popular harbour town of Amble on the stunning Northumberland coast. Staying at Little Panhaven gives you easy, walking distance access to the town's extensive amenities. Amble is known as the ‘Friendliest Port’ and has a busy, working harbour, the wonderful pier walk, a great range of excellent restaurants and unique shops, as well as exciting boat trips which take you out to see the wonderful wildlife on nearby Coquet Island! This cottage would suit a family, friends or 2 couples looking for a memorable seaside holiday with excellent facilities.

Little Panhaven has 2 bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and a second with a 'zip and link' double. There is a large, comfortable lounge area and amodern fully equipped kitchen. Outside, at the rear of the property, there is an attractive small courtyard where you can sit back and relax while enjoying the unique, seaside-themed artwork which decorates this lovely space. Guests are free to use the Wi-Fi and the cottage has gas central heating throughout for cosy breaks all year round. There is free parking for one car outside the property with additional free parking spaces nearby.

From Amble, you are perfectly positioned to explore the whole of our breathtaking, Heritage Coastline with its many attractions and seaside villages, such as Warkworth with its medieval castle, golf course, fabulous beach, riverside and interesting and varieed local shops. Also nearby, are Alnmouth beach and golf course with stunning, panoramic views out to sea, Druridge Bay Beach and Country park full of local wildlife, the iconic Bamburgh Castle and popular village. Over the causeway from just north of Bamburgh you can reach the Holy Island of Lindisfarne with its historic Castle and Priory - the Lindisfarne Mead is worth a try too! The market town of Alnwick, famous for its beautiful Castle where they filmed the Hogwarts scenes in the 'Harry Potter' films, as well as scenes in the ITV series of Downton Abbey and the award winning Alnwick Gardens and so much more!!

Spacious room overlooking the seaside themed rear courtyard. With comfortable sofas, a coffee table and oak mantle feature fireplace with electric wood burner style heater. Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and an i-pod docking station to enjoy your music. Oak dining table and seating for 4.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere.

Master Bedroom – Spacious room looking across the links green to the front with King Size bed, bed side drawers with lamps, chest of drawers with mirror over, hair dryer and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 – With Double, zip link bed so this can be made up as either a double bed or 2 single beds, (Please let us know how you would like this room to be made up when you book and we'll sort that out for you) bedside drawer, lamp and wardrobe.

Family Bathroom – With bath and electric shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.

There are gas central heated radiators throughout the cottage making it warm and toasty all year round.

Parking: There is space for one car in front of the cottage with additional free parking available either nearby or in the car park on Turner Street (100 yards from the cottage).

This cottage accepts one well behaved dog.

Little Panhaven, Amble is located less than a 2 minute walk to the harbour area where you can take a trip to Coquet Island. Little Shore, the pier and many other local attractions and eateries are also within easy reach.

Little Panhaven is a comfortable well-appointed cottage apartment, situated close to Amble Harbour, and Amble itself is a good base for further exploration of the Northumberland Coast . We would recommend the Old Boathouse in Amble for an excellent meal, and also the walk from Craster to Low Newton and back via Dunstanburgh Castle, which has some wonderful views.

Little Panhaven is a good size and good value. Location was perfect for walking with the dog Cottage is very close to the seafront and there are lots of beaches within short walk.

Little Panhaven is a fantastic little cottage with everything you could need. Just a stones throw from the sea in Amble and 2 mins walk from the harbour. Alnwick is a short drive away for all the Harry Potter fans.
