Lindisfarne was a perfect cottage for my wife and I plus our dog to stay in. It is in the perfect place, quiet at night but within easy walking distance of local pubs and other amenities. Lovely beaches and plenty of castles to visit. The cottage is the perfect size for the two of us and would still be plenty of room for four. Bit colder up north but I expect we are just being southern softies!!
