Lovely position and plenty of space for all the family to be together and/or do their own thing. Well equipped and spacious cottage sitting in some very beautiful countryside, especially when the heather is in full bloom on the moors. Plenty of lovely walks straight from the door or a short drive away and the gorgeous village of Blanchlands just down the road.

Our short stay in cosy very clean and well equipped cottage. Although we only live an hour away had never explored Weardale. Lovely area convenient to see lots. Loads of good walks
