Spacious and attractive, 'Fairview' is a lovely, large family holiday home offering everything you will need for a perfect self-catering seaside holiday. Located close to all the village amenities in popular Seahouses, right on the Northumberland coast, the house is ideally positioned for access to everywhere. The house enjoys a great position, close to Seahouses golf course and the local coastal paths with their panoramic sea views, as well as all the shops, restaurants, pubs, boat trips to the Farne Islands and within easy reach of Bamburgh Castle and village, Holy Island, Beadnell's much loved bay for watersports and relaxing and so much more!
Fairview can sleep up to 9 guests with 4 good size bedrooms sleeping 8, plus a sofa bed in the dining room for a 9th guest and there are two walk-in shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom/WC. For relaxing after your days out and about in Northumberland, you can spend time in the lovely orangery/garden room which overlooks the enclosed garden and patio area. As well as offering free guest Wi-Fi, there is parking space on the drive for up to 3 cars and secure storage for your bikes, diving, surfing and walking equipment in the attached garage.
This cottage accepts one small well behaved dog. Please note there is an additional charge, please see our terms and conditions (point19) for more details and point17 for house rules regarding dogs.
Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Entrance - with wooden floors throughout the ground floor.
Dining Room - with table and chairs for 8 plus 1, rocking chair, a sofa bed for an additional, 9th guest and a TV with Wii games console, games and accessories.
Kitchen - Fully equipped and tastefully finished; fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine and an AGA for cooking (full instructions provided). There is also a sideboard for crockery etc.
Utility Room - With washing machine, WC and sink.
Downstairs WC: with wash hand basin and mirror.
Orangery/ Garden Room - This is an excellent place to sit and relax, with patio doors leading out into the rear garden, with two sofas, TV and DVD player, ocassional tables and feature glass coffee table.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, bedside drawers and lamps, two double split wardrobes with two rails inside each to hang clothes and chest of drawers. Ensuite shower room with walk-in shower. Hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with storage shelves and mirror. Hair dryer.
Bedroom 3 - With 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobes and chest of drawers with mirror.
Bedroom 4 - Bunk beds
Family Shower Room - With double shower, heated towel rail, wash basin with mirror over and WC.
Garden - At the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden which is mostly paved with border plants (no lawn). There is a table and seating for 8 for outdoor dining.
Garage - There is a garage attached to the house with a storage cupboard, a spare tall freezer and the tumble dryer. This offers ideal, lockable storage for bikes, diving, surfing and other equipment.
Parking - Is on the driveway for up to 3 cars.
Fairview has efficient central heating and so is ideal for a holiday any time of the year.

Excellent accommodation with everything we needed. We loved the Aga and coffee maker. Also good to have Sky TV and the electronics. I would definitely recommend the cottage to anyone. We would also book another stay.Very happy with the service from booking to the actual stay. Fairview cottage was a very well equipped family friendly house. The view from the house was wonderful and very relaxing. We felt at home the minute we arrived. Seahouses has everything my family need ranging from Soft play for the 6 year old to gift shops for the 89 year old as well as fabulous beaches and walks for the dog.

A lovely modern well equipped holiday home very close to lovely beach and within 10 min walk of Seahouses village. Right near the coastal path. Plenty of space for my family a two year old and a 10 week old baby. Very quiet. The area is outstanding. Will definitely hope to stay there again next year. Highly recommend.

We were an extended family group spread across 4 generations and the cottage was ideal for our needs. Spacious downstairs with a large dining table, lots of sofas and a Wii for the 9 and 12 year old to play on. Location was great,with a sea view from upstairs and a beach less than 5 minutes away to take the grandson too. Better beaches and sand dunes north of Seahouses only 5 minutes away were the best choice. Easy to walk into Seahouses and great local amenities including an excellent bakers and fishmongers. We went a great day at Alnwick Castle - very well run and managed and a cut above what Merlin Group put on at Warwick Castle. Other than that we did the usual things - trip to the Farnes, trip to Holy Island and visits to Craster and Low Newton. My son and his partner went diving off the Farnes and really enjoyed it, whilst my 11 year old daughter enjoyed some horse riding. In terms of eating out, the artisan Pizzeria in Seahouses is very good, and we enjoyed the Joiners Arms at High Newton, and the Victoria Hotel in Bamburgh.
