The cottage was very well-equipped and was made very cosy with the wood-burner! The playroom in the attic would be ideal for rainy days. Thankfully we did not need to make use of it. The coast is absolutely stunning. I loved running up and down the sand-dunes and so will your children. Seahouses is a short drive to Holy Island of Lindisfarne, which is a well worth a trip. The boat trips are also a great way to spend a day, especially if you love bird watching or want to see seals.

Clean and well equipped, plenty of household items, tv and a nice play room for games and other IT equipment. A pleasant cottage in a good location in Seahouses. Visited Alnwick Gardens, Lindisfarne and the Farne Islands. Enjoyed walking near Wooler. Beaches at Beadnell and Seahouses and cycling from Seahouses to Alnwick and return. Eating out in Seahouses.
