Tucked behind the beautiful dunes of Beadnell Bay, this spacious property offers everything you’ll need for the perfect seaside holiday - including direct access to the beach from its garden. Dunes View sleeps up to six people in four bedrooms, has a large balcony and offers family accommodation with enviable outdoor space and off road parking - making this one of the finest holiday cottages in Beadnell.
Four bedrooms lead off from the entrance hall downstairs - and guests will love the master bedroom, which overlooks the rear garden and benefits from a beautiful, new en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a three-quarter double bed, the third has twin beds and the fourth bedroom is a single. There’s also a lovely new family bathroom on the ground floor - and a separate door from the garden leads into the utility room: the ideal place to leave wet suits and towels after a day on the beach!
A staircase leads to the light and spacious open plan living/dining room - with French doors opening onto a large balcony with a table and chairs, with great views over the dunes to the sweeping sandy bay. Families with small children should be aware when considering this property that the door to the balcony leads directly from the living area, and that the living area is open plan from the staircase. Children must be supervised at all times on the balcony area.
When you stay in one of our Beadnell holiday cottages, you won’t have to leave the comforts of home behind. Upstairs in Dunes View, you’ll find a bright, modern and newly refurbished kitchen with all the facilities you’d expect to find in any modern home.
The property has a large, private, lawned garden - with a gate leading directly out onto the dunes and the beach beyond. This is the ideal space for children to play and adults to relax in the sun with a refreshing drink - and you’ll also benefit from off-road parking at the front of the property, with space for up to 2 cars.
Our Beadnell cottages are ideal for walking holidays all year round. Enjoy a tranquil walk to Low Newton-by-the-Sea, where you can sample The Ship Inn’s delicious local food and micro brewery. An excellent base for those interested in geology and bird watching, Beadnell also offers convenient access to boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour - and for a spot of golf, you’ll find stunning golf courses at Dunstanburgh, Seahouses and Bamburgh.
At Beadnell Bay, you’ll find a host of action-packed watersports guaranteed to please self-confessed thrill-seekers! The favourable wind directions and protected swells of 12 to 15ft make this bay a surfing and bodyboarding hotspot - and the extensive beach is ideal for kiteboarding on sand or water. Many nearby diving clubs use the boat launch facilities at Beadnell Bay to access the fantastic dive sites scattered throughout the area.

The cottage was very suitable for our needs. Took plenty of walks on the beach as it is very near. A shame about the sand dunes blocking the view out to sea. Enjoyed very much.

Dunes View is in a perfect location and everything you needed. We loved living "upside down" and would definitely book it again.
