For any littles ones in your party, there is an amazing shared treehouse to the front of the property for them to play out, make new friends and enjoy.

Just a short stroll from the cottage is the small village of Ellingham which has a church, pub and an art gallery.  The Pack Horse Inn is a typical, English Country Pub, serving an array of locally sourced produce for both lunch and dinner.

A little further afield, there is the popular beach of Beadnell Bay, perfect for picnics, gentle walks, rock pooling on the long sandy beach..  Within the centre of Beadnell village, is the friendly Craster Arms, offering good food and a great atmosphere as well as the Salt Water Cafe, patisserie and bistro, a general store and fish & chips shop.

The Magnificant Bamburgh Castle is a mere 10 miles away and is a fantastic place to visit, shop and eat - while the market town of Alnwick, famous for its castle and gardens is only 10 miles south of Ellingham.

A boat trip to see the seals at the Farne Islands is a must from the bustling village of Seahouses only 15 minutes away with a great range of shops, bars and restaurants.
