Bradacar is a well located, modern detached house in quiet area with a stunning view of the bay. We visited lots of places from Eyemouth & Berwick to the north to Amble in the south, Cragside to the west. The highlight was the 3hour boat trip to the Farne Islands & seeing all the seals. Alnwick garden, Bamburgh castle also lovely. So many lovely towns & villages in Northumberland .

Bradacar is a comfortable, well equipped property. It has wonderful views across the bay from the bedroom window and is well located; just a few minuted from the centre of Seahouses or the eateries in Beadnell and Bamburgh. Try the Craster Arms and Saltwater Cafe in Beadnell and the Copper Kettle in Bamburgh. The Ship Inn in Seahouses is a lovely old fashioned pub with a lively atmosphere. Alnwick is an easy trip; besides the castle and gardens, Barter books is well worth a look. Lord Armstrongs' home at Cragside is interesting; good for a wet day but even better if you can walk round the extensive grounds in dry weather.

Great cottage, ideal location with fabulous views. Great area for walking & cycling. We love walking the Lowry trail in Berwick and Ford & Etal has nice walks. Numerous castles all of them worth a visit.
