Belford Townhouse is on our website twice as this spacious, attractive and welcoming holiday property can also be rented by anyone who just needs to use one bedroom during their stay, rather than the whole house.

There are 3 bedrooms altogther - however, the owner can now offer flexibility and therefore the reduced prices shown, for a party of 1 to 2 guests who are happy to use just one of the bedrooms. You can choose from either the master bedroom or a twin bedroom for your stay.

The property is set over 3 floors and is beautifully presented and furnished throughout with plenty of space and thoughtful touches to help make your holiday a relaxing and comfortable, plus a lovely garden and generous, off-road parking.

Located in the friendly and quiet village of Belford just off the A1 with several pub/restaurants, coffee shops, a great delicatessen and places to eat and buy food, including a well-stocked Co-Op. There is a golf course and excellent children's play park within easy walking distance too.

From here you have easy access by car to Bamburgh and the whole of the Northumberland coastline,its many seaside villages, like Seahouses and Beadnell, for example, Alnwick market town Alnwick Castle, the world renowened  Alnwick Gardens, as well as the Holy island of Lindisfarne, Berwick and the Scottish Borders.

Belford Townhouse wlcomes a well behaved dog.

All bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Accommodation Summary

Ground floor – Large entrance hall (with shared access) leading to first floor accommodation.

First floor – Spacious, light and airy lounge with views over the market square and countryside beyond. Two large sofas, coffee table, two cushioned window seats, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Bose i-pod docking station.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, under counter fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Dining table with seating for 6 and radio.

Bathroom -  with bath and electric shower over, wash basin, electric shaving point and WC.

Second floor – All bedrooms have the original, exposed beams and dormer windows. For single bedroom use, please advise us at the time of booking which bedroom you would like to use. You can choose from one of the following: 

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers with views of the square and countryside beyond.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom with bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe with distant sea views across fields.

Bedroom 3 - Twin bedded room with bedside drawers and lamp, wardrobe, book shelves view of the square. 

 

Enclosed Garden: with patio area and outdoor table and chairs.

There is also ample storage space for cycles/pushchairs, scooters etc.

Parking: There is plenty of off-road space for your car.
