53 Longbeach is a beautifully presented, detached holiday property for up to 8 guests with 4 well-presented bedrooms, two with modern ensuite shower rooms, plus a further family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. This dog friendly, spacious holiday home is set over two floors and has been furnished with care and attention to help you relax and make the most of your stay in Northumberland. In addition to the main lounge with SKY TV, there is another room downstairs room with further comfortable seating and another TV with SKY, games and books - making this property an ideal choice for a family or a group of friends who like to spread out. Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with a raised decking area and garden dining furniture and to the front, there is parking for 2-3 cars.

53 Longbeach is located within an easy walk to beautiful Beadnell beach and bay where you can take walks along the golden sands, enjoy a picnic in the dunes or watch the many popular water sporting activities taking place all year round. There are two great pub restaurants in the village, as well as the ever popular 'Saltwater Cafe' which becomes a fabulous Bistro by night, plus a well-stocked village store. There are many more shops, friendly pubs, good restaurants and attractions in the nearby seaside villages of Seahouses (boat trips to the Farne Islands) and Bamburgh (Bamburgh Castle) which can be reached either via the picturesque coastal path walks or a short drive and Low Newton by the Sea, (The Ship Inn and Dunstanburgh Castle) Craster, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Alnwick's famous castle, market town, and the world renowned Alnwick Gardens are all within easy reach by car.

Accommodation Summary:

Entrance hallway:

Additional lounge: with a leather sofa and chair, occasional tables and SKY TV. Ideal as a separate lounge or for younger members of the family to spread out in.

Downstairs Cloakroom: with hand wash basin and WC.

Lounge: With leather sofas and seating for 8, SKY TV, Wi-Fi, a flame effect electric fire views of the garden from both windows.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully fitted with modern facilities including a wide, ceramic hob and Zanussi, eye-level oven and grill, Bosch dishwasher, a microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee-maker, four-slice toaster and kettle. There is plenty of storage space, good quality cutlery and nice, white crockery available for your use.

Dining Area: with an extending table and seating for 8.  There is also a small seating area where you can relax and listen to your music on the Bluetooth radio in front of the French doors which open out onto the lovely, enclosed and spacious, lawned garden with outdoor dining table and chairs for 8. The garden is ideal for children to run about and play in as it is enclosed on all sides.

Utility Room: With washer/dryer, sink and worktop. The door leads from here into the garden and gives access to the bins.

Upstairs: Spacious landing area.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-size bed, bedside drawers and lamps, a chest of drawers withwall mirror and hair dryer and a double wardrobe. Smart TV with SKY.

Ensuite Shower Room: with good size shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: With King-size bed, bedside drawers and lamps, a chest of drawers, wall mirror and hair dryer and a double wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: With double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wall mirror, hair dryer and double wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: With two single beds, bedside cabinets and lamps, a chest of drawers, hair dryer and double wardrobe.

Family Bathroom: With shower over the bath, wash basin with mirror and WC.

Outside: Spacious, enclosed garden laid to lawn with a raised, decked seating area and a garden table and chairs. The surrounding fence is tall witha gate on one side, making this safe for children - and dogs.

Parking: On the driveway, there is room for 2 cars off-road in front of the garage (Please note that the garage is not available to guests).

Dogs: 53 Longbeach welcomes up to 2 well behaved dogs. 

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are all included.
