This beautiful, 3-storey holiday property offers an excellent standard of spacious, self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 lucky guests. The house has 3 generous sized bedrooms, all with great sea views and two with ensuite shower rooms, plus a beautiful family bath and shower room. There is plenty of space to spread out as the bedrooms are set over 2 floors and there is an impressive, open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with superb sea views across towards the pier and beyond.
In addition to the attractive interior, you have access to a shared garden with outdoor furniture, where you can relax in the fresh air and take in those amazing sea views! There is also an allocated, off-road parking bay for one car and additional on-street parking is available for more cars, if required.
Nearby, there is a public golf course, public tennis courts and amazing walks (or runs!) along the sea front to the pier and local park. The centre of Berwick's historic, market town, is within easy reach on foot. You will find a selection of all the high-street names you would expect and a good range of quirky, independent shops, boutiques, galleries, arts and crafts places to browse in attractive Georgian buildings along streets linked by cobbled lanes. The town is well served for foodies too with an appealing choice of coffee houses, afternoon tea venues, restaurants to suit all tastes and friendly pubs with tasty real ale.
To go a little further afield, you can easily take a train from the town's station to the cultural city centres of Newcastle and Edinburgh, (both are about a 40 minute, scenic journey). Nearby, Spittal's beach and promenade, Bamburgh Castle, its beautiful beach and village, the Holy island of Lindisfarne, Alnwick castle and Gardens and so many more Northumberland attractions and coastal villages are all within a short drive from Berwick.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with hair dryer, easy chair, long mirror and walk-in wardrobe/closet.
Ensuite Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, wash basin with mirrored cabinet over, heated towel rail, storage shelves and WC.
Utility Room: With space for additional storage, washing machine and useful sink.
Bedroom 2: Spacious room with 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe with drawers, an easy chair and ensuire shower room.
Ensuite shower room for Twin bedroom: Large, well lit,stylish and modern with walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 3: With double bed, bedside table and lamps, double wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and mirror.

Open Plan kitchen, dining and lounge area:
Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern facilities including an electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, diswasher, Dolce Gusto coffeemaker, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is an island for additional workspace separating the kitchen area form the dining table.
Dining Area: with a farmhouse style table and seating for 6.
Lounge Area: with a large 'L'-shaped sofa, 3 armchairs and a foot stool, coffee table and additional table, flat screen TV with SKY, free guest Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a small radio. The windows look over the sea front and there are sky lights at the front of the lounge, operated by remote control.
Shared Garden: Lawned garden overlooking the sea front and a sitting area with outdoor furniture accessed from the 2nd floor.
Parking: There is an allocated parking bay 30 metres from the cottage and additional parking is available in front of the house (first come, first served basis).
Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are inluded.
The house benefits from modern and efficient central heating with thermostat.
