Cooper's Cove is a beautifully furnished holiday home, set in the popular coastal village of Beadnell within metres of the beach and just a short walk to 2 great pub/restaurants and the village store! Recently built, this lovely, single storey property offers spacious open-plan accommodation with double doors leading out onto the generous, wrap-around, decked patio area with additional outside dining facilities. 
The property can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 lovely bedrooms; one king-size bedroom and a twin bedded room.  There is a family bathroom, with separate walk-in shower and bathtub.  This house is an idyllic retreat for couples or small families and is also suitable for guests with restricted mobility, as all the facilities are located on ground-floor level.  The cottage has access to a communal tennis court which is just a couple minutes walk away.  Please remember to bring your own tennis rackets and balls!
Beadnell village is set at the end of a glorious stretch of beach known as Beadnell Bay.  The village's harbour lies at the north end of the bay, with huge dunes of sand that stretches south for miles.  Within the village, there are a couple of pub/restaurants, both which accept dogs (The Craster Arms and Beadnell Towers Hotel) and a welcoming café (Salt Water Café) serving good food using the best local ingredients that becomes a Bistro by night!
Next to Beadnell village is the popular coastal resort of Seahouses, which is just a couple of minutes by car, or an easy walk along the coastal path (about 20 minutes).  Here, you will find a range of friendly pubs, a well-stocked supermarket and other grocery shops, gift shops, restaurants and takeaways.
From Seahouses harbour, you can take a boat trip to The Farne Islands, the most famous Sea Bird Sanctuary in the British Isles and they also have a large colony of Grey Seals.
If you are looking to dine out within Seahouses, there are plenty of places to go.  As you would expect from a fishing town, you can enjoy some of the tastiest fish from the local Fish and Chip Shop, or you can visit Elan Pizzeria an Italian Restaurant that serve ‘affordable and irresistible artisan food’.  There are many other types of cuisine within the village including various pubs, restaurants and cafes.

Accommodation Summary:
The property is all on one level
Entrance: - The entrance to the property is level leading into the hallway, and on to the living/dining/kitchen area.
Cloakroom: Just off the hallway is a modern cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area: Open plan living with beautiful wood floors throughout, a log burning stove takes centre stage in the room.  The living area has a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa with a low-level coffee table and wall mounted TV.  The dining area has a wooden table with 4 chairs with double patio doors leading out onto the decked area.  The well-equipped kitchen has integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and a wine cooler.  For cooking, there is an oven/hob and microwave. Also, there is a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, kitchen utensils and cutlery. The kitchen also has double patio doors leading out onto the decked patio area outside.
Outside Decked Area: From the kitchen and dining area, you can access a private enclosed decked seating area, a real sun trap on those beautiful sunny days.  There is an outside dining table and seating for 4.  
King Bedroom:  There is a large king-sized bedroom with single patio door leading directly onto the decked area.  There are 2 bedside tables, a free-standing double wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mirror and easy chair.
Second Bedroom:  With two single beds, bedside table, a free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers with wall mirror.
Family Bathroom:  Between the 2 bedrooms is a family bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, bathtub, wash basin heated towel rail and WC.
Car Parking:  There is private parking for up to two cars to the side of the property, off-road.
Tennis Courts:  At the entrance of the cul-de-sac leading to the cottage, there are private tennis courts for guests/residents to use.  Please remember to bring your own tennis rackets and balls!
All bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Situated in an enviable loaction in Beadnell and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Just 4 minutes drive to Seahouses and 25 minutes to Alnwick.

Fabulous holiday home, near to beach and all coastal attractions. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable accommodation.

Delightful cottage which was kitted out to a first class standard. There was nothing we could have expected more and indeed it exceeded our expectations. Light and airy and excellent location. The complex is not yet finished and so the tennis facilities were not yet available and there is still some building work and landscaping still to be done. We enjoyed beach walks to Low Newton and Seahouses and visits to Bamburgh, Embleton, Dunstanburgh Castle and Craster.
