Beachy Point is a stunning, new, luxurious, holiday property situated on the exclusive Beadnell Point development, which is only a minute’s stroll from the popular crescent-shaped Beadnell beach and bay.
It is one of the most exclusive, modern properties to be built in Beadnell and perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a memorable holiday together. Beachy Point is impressive both inside and out, with a contemporary ‘New England’ style clapboard on the outside and inside it boasts a large, open-plan contemporary design.  The stunning living area comprises of a light and spacious lounge with log burner, dining table and kitchen with fantastic large glazed areas and high ceilings, allowing lots of natural light to flood in. The living space opens out onto a large, enclosed decked area, where there is room for everyone to relax and enjoy al fresco dining in the sunshine.
Beachy Point is set over two floors, there is one double bedroom and separate WC on the ground floor and upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one master king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom which offers sea views and a spacious family bathroom. From the upstairs balcony, you can view the open plan living area below.
Beadnell in Northumberland has one of the most acclaimed beaches in the UK and it is a great place to be based for exploring, not only Beadnell and its neighbouring villages of Seahouses and Bamburgh, but all of the Northumberland Coastline and inland, popular market towns such as Alnwick and Berwick.
Beadnell is famed for its beautiful beach, harbour and is popular for a range of watersports activities.  The place is simply beautiful and could be a million miles away from busy city life but is easily accessible, only an hour from Newcastle and a little further from Edinburgh. Beachy Point is also just a short walk from the local village which is offers an excellent grocery store and two wonderful and welcoming pub restaurants with open fires, in addition to the popular 'Salt Water Café' by day and exclusive bistro by night.
This cottage accepts two well behaved dog. There is an additional charge, please see our terms and conditions (points 17-19) for more details of doggy house rules.

Accommodation Summary
Ground Floor:
Entrance Hall

Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside table and lamps, mirrors and wall mounted flat screen TV, chest of drawers and small stool.
Lovely open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen:
Lounge: with 2 large leather double sofas, coffee table, large floor rug, wall mounted large flat-screen TV with DVD/ CD player, free guest Wi-Fi, occasional tables, log burner, window seats, chaise longue, bookcase with a collection of books and family board games.
Dining area: table and 6 dining chairs with views from the double patio doors onto decking area.
Kitchen: fully-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar with two faux leather bar stools, Patio doors leading out onto spacious enclosed decking.
First Floor:
Split staircase with balcony overlooking the downstairs open plan living space.
Master bedroom: king-size bedroom with Juliet balcony, dressing table with mirror, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps, flat screen TV and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle,hand wash basin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and WC.
Twin bedroom: 2 single beds, double wardrobe, flat screen TV and bedside table and lamp. (From the small window, you can see the coastline including Dunstanburgh Castle and Newton Point).
Family bathroom: bath with separate shower cubicle, hand wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
There is a spacious, enclosed decking with potted plants, comfortable outdoor seating, coffee table and picnic table. There are gates on either side of the decking giving you easy access to / from the front and rear pathways around the house.
At the side of the house, there is a store cupboard which has some outdoor furnishings and seating that you may wish to use. You can also use this lockable space to store any watersports equipment, cycles and outdoor gear, that you may wish to bring with you on your holiday.
Parking: for two cars on the private driveway, off-road at the side of the house.
This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are all included.

There is a telephone in the cottage for incoming calls.

Please note: there is ongoing building development in progress at the entrance to Beadnell Point, with plans to develop leisure facilities including tennis courts. The completion date for the final stages of this development are to be confirmed.

We stayed 2-5 November 2017 . We really enjoyed our stay . The house is in an excellent location for the beach , only a 5 minute walk away . The children and our dog loved the garden . The house was well equipped and well furnished . We would highly recommend it to anyone and would certainly book it again . Thank you
