Beach House, located on the coastal path in the picturesque seaside village of Bamburgh was built in the late 19th Century and is a Grade Two listed cottage. 

At Beach House, you are literally just a short stroll away from the sandy dunes which lead onto the beautiful Bamburgh beach and the village amenities and Northumberland's many local attractions are all within easy reach.

This property comfortably sleeps 6 /7 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bath/shower rooms and has a light and spacious, contemporary look and feel with many attractive features and high quality, colour-coordinated soft furnishings throughout. With the cosy, wood burning stove, as well as free Wi-Fi, i-pod docking station and Nintendo games for your family entertainment, you will really enjoy coming back to Beach House, Bamburgh after a day out exploring the area!

Outside there is a front and back garden. The garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer should you wish to use these during your stay. There is also a gas fired BBQ and a selection of garden furniture, wind breaks, body boards, buckets and spades for guests to use.

The rear, lawned garden is enclosed and has a patio area for you to sit outside and enjoy a relaxing cool drink in the sunshine whilst watching the children play.

Downstairs

Living Room: Wood burning stove, large mirror over fireplace, 2 large double sofas, coffee table, bookcase, widescreen LCD Smart TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, Nintendo games console and games.
Kitchen: Modern facilities including; electric oven / hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, cafetiere and kettle.There are plenty of cooking utensils and even pic-nic ware for outdoor dining.
Dining Room: Large, quality wooden dining table with seating for 7, sideboard with additional crockery and games, French doors leading to rear garden and patio area.

Bedroom 1: Delightful double bedroom with large, double wardrobe, bedside table and lamps and views of the rear garden. As this room is downstairs, with a shower room next door, this bedroom would be useful for anyone with mobility issues.
Shower Room: with walk-in shower cublicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Upstairs

Master Bedroom: Spacious room with views of Bamburgh Castle. With a King size bed, 2 large Velux windows, double wardrobe, dressing table and chair, bedside table and lamps, *sofa bed (*sleeps up to one extra guest, if required. (Please confirm when booking).
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with bedside table and lamps, a feature chest of drawers, Velux window and children’s toy box with an assortment of toys.
Family Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and storage shelves, Velux window.

Heating: Oil central heating throughout.

Outside: You have access to the garage with washing machine, tumble dryer, gas BBQ, and garden furniture.
Garden: Front and rear. Rear garden is enclosed with a lovely patio area and seating.

Parking: on driveway for up to two cars.

Prices include bed linen, towels and utilities for 6 people. Please note: Linen and towels for an additional £10 supplement per week for the 7th guest sleeping on the sofa bed as this is separate bedding. Please notify us at time of booking, thank you.

Great location and very well equipped. We were delighted with the cottage and so pleased that the owner allowed dogs to stay. The Beach House is in a fantastic location, it is beautifully furnished and is a true home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed walking our two dogs on the beach, which was only a matter of minutes away. There is so much to do and we recommend Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Gardens and a boat trip to the Farne Islands.

Very nicely decorated, comfortable and better than the pictures on the website. The cottage was in a great location. Lovely, well-appointed cottage in an ideal location for the beach and a short walk into Bamburgh. Good restaurants in Bamburgh and the castle is worth a visit. Great place for dog walking on the quiet beach and sand dunes.

Clean, cosy, high standard of finish, great location. Beach House cottage is very cosy and comfortable for a family & dog holiday. It is equipped with everything you need, home from home! Great location as so close to the beach. Fantastic unspoiled scenery. Lovely local pubs and restaurants in Bamburgh and Seahouses. Definitely worth a visit to Bamburgh & Alnwick Castle.
