The apartment is in a wonderful location right next to the Turnbull building. A short 5 minute walk north into town or south to the quayside so it couldn't be better placed. The apartment is superb, comfortable enough for four. The balcony is superb overlooking the river and the bridges. Although the apartment is very close to town and the quay it Read moreis very peaceful and quiet as it is very high up. The underground car park is accessed only by going outside the building so better to drop bags off at the top before you park. Also there are a number of steps 100+ from the quayside to the apartment to consider. But the apartment and view are well worth it. Host was excellent and looked after us the entire time we were there. We will definitely be going back. Hide

An amazing apartment with stunning views across the Tyne (well, they would have been had the weather not been so bad when we were there!) I hear there are plans for a hot tub on the balcony, so we will definitely be back when that has been installed!

We had a great stay at The Utopia Apartment this Christmas. The owner was a wonderful and attentive host who made sure everything was just right for us. Whilst this is a very grown up and sophisticated apartment, it worked really well for our little family (we have a 2 yr old and a 3 month old).
