Tucked away in a quiet corner of the sleepy fishing village of Seahouses, this appealing property is a prime choice if you are looking to enjoy the best of the Northumberland Coast.

Seahouses is home to a bustling fishing harbour, and a wide sandy beach with an unspoilt dune system. If you love places of historical interest, then the castles at Bamburgh and Alnwick are well worth a visit; Harry Potter fans will recognise the latter from the films. Visit the incredible beauty spot of Holy Island on your trip where ample photo opportunities await. Also add Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Hadrian’s Wall, the Farne Islands and Durham to your itinerary.

On arrival at the accommodation you will find the cosy lounge with its woodburner effect gas fire, and TV/DVD, perfect for unwinding at the end of a day of discovery. Curl up on the sofa with a good book after a satisfying home-cooked meal. The combined kitchen/diner comes fully-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and other items you’d expect to use on a self-catering holiday. Double patio doors offer direct access to the garden.

You’ll find three restful bedrooms on the first floor including two spacious doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room with WC, and one bunk bedroom, which is perfect for children. The bathroom contains a shower over the bath with WC close to the bedrooms, for convenience.

Outside the property is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture.

Property is great very spacious and lovely location. Needs cleaning issues addressed and checks done and information in a folder in order so you can read it , a welcome pack would be nice as most Property's do this, windows need child locks as they are very low.

Just a very nice place to stay. The overall space was generous and for the three of us the family bathroom plus the ensuite in the main bedroom were greatly appreciated. The wow factor though was the vast kitchen space with a sizeable 'kitchen' table that was bathed in lots of outside light; two exits on either side to outside dining space... very Read morenice indeed. Car parking by the property as one approaches from the Village Farm entrance. Ten minute walks; one to town, one to nearest beach. Hide

The alarms batteries were flat and went off at 3am, I had to take them apart and replace them! There was a leak in the hall ceiling, the marks on the ceiling show that there had been a leak for sometime! The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable!
