Situated on the edge of a picturesque village, this lovely holiday home offers fantastic sea views and is just a 5 minute walk from one of the finest beaches on the stunning Northumberland coast.

This lovely, modern property is located close to the beach in Beadnell and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a lovely, enclosed lawned garden at the rear which proves to be quite a sun trap in the warmer months! From the upstairs master bedroom, you can enjoy some stunning views out towards the Farne Islands and Dunstanburgh Castle. With gas central heating throughout, Sunnysands, Beadnell provides a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy a family holiday or short break.

Situated on the edge of the village. It is a leisurely 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Northumberland - a wide expanse of sand stretching from the small working harbour of Beadnell to the breath-taking views of Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance.

There are two great dog friendly pub restaurants in the village, as well as a village store and Fish and Chip shop open in peak periods. Seahouses with its wider range of shops bars and restaurants is a 2 minute drive away - or a longer walk along the beach and Bamburgh Castle, village shops and restaurants a 3 minute drive further on. Sunnysands is also a good base from which to explore the nearby seaside villages of Low Newton (famous fpr The Ship Inn) and Craster with its world famous kippers and a great pub restaurant overlooking the sea.

This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Had an absolutely fabulous week . Sunnysands had absolute everything you could need to have a comfortable holiday. Sarah has thought of just about anything you could need. A real home from home. This really was a home from home location. EVERYTHING one could possibly need has been thought of - and more besides. Lovely welcome tray for us and our two dogs. Absolutely perfect - loved staying here and definitely intend to return. Everything you would need is supplied. The garden area is secure, the house is clean, in a quiet area and a walk away from the beach. The owners are really nice and helpful if required. Would definitely recommend. Wendy

Exceptionally well looked after modern clean end-terrace house with private secure garden, with owners that have paid huge attention to detail. Beadnell is quieter than touristy Seahouses, but has a very good bistro-cafe and hotel-restaurant - and a little shop. It's a few minutes walk to the wide Beadnell beach - a great starting point for walks dRead moreown to Newton, Dunstanburgh Castle and Craster. Our two dogs loved the garden and the whole visit too. Really good set up and equipment. Nice touches were the included welcome milk , drinks and dog treats as well as the stuff people usually forget ie wash tabs for machines tinfoil etc. Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in many good holiday homes, Sunny Sands will rate as one of the best. Really good standards of decor, and well equipped. The only negative comment was from our friends who had the second double room, they said that there was little space around the bed and therefore no storage space. Fortunately the third bedroom was available for clRead moreothes storage. Apart from that one issue I would certainly consider returning. A really good location minutes from the beach. Hide

We had a fabulous week at Sunnysands in this extremely well equipped and superb beach location cottage - with loads of little touches that made all of us feel very welcome. The garden was fab for the dog when we had tired of the beach and it was so peaceful at night. Great to have off road parking too.

Beadnell is a beautiful location and the bay was only a few minutes walk away. The restaurants and pubs about 20mins pleasant walk away. The property was immaculately clean and perfect for our weeks stay. Facilities were above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended

A lovely house in a great location in the quaint little village of Beadnell, 5 minutes walk from the fabulous beach. The house was very clean with well thought out seaside theme and very well equipped. The welcome tray of drinks and the dog bowls, biscuits and towels were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday cottage, quality throughout. Quiet location short walk to beach and a pubs. Well equipped kitchen if you do cook - everything you could need - pooch made to feel welcome but no issues of doggy smell sometimes encountered on dog friendly rentals. Welcome pack was a nice touch too! Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Sunnysands. The house was spotlessly clean. Great location for Beadnell Bay with great walks from your door. We ate at The Craster Arms in the village which was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved the cottage, we being 3 adults and a dog. Its home from home, with everything you could possibly need. Its on a nice quiet cul-de-sac. It has a lovely cosy feeling and was very clean. The master bedroom has a lovely sea view and en-suite. This was our first visit to Northumberland and we couldn't have asked for a cleaner, well stocked home to stay in. Great location within walking distance to the nearby Beadnell Bay beach, and well placed in a small quiet cul de sac. Good size garden for the dog and a game of boules. 20 minute walk to the Craster Arms, Beadnell Towers and the Salt WRead moreater Cafe. Only 10 minute drive to Seahouses and 20 minutes to Bamburgh. Superb cottage for a family of 5. Exceptionally clean and well provided for - foil, cling film, hand wash, sanitizer, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates, dog treats!, dog bowls and a pint of milk. The cottage was perfect for our requirements. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking and there were plenty of dining out (dog friendly ) options within easy reach. A fabulous beach was within a 5 minute walk and the unspoilt coastline stretched for miles.
