The cottage was really clean, a real home from home. The beds so comfortable, and the sea view from the window a real welcome surprise. We go to Beadnell at least a couple of times a year and love everything about it. The beaches are amazing and our kids and dog never get tire of going there.

We stayed in a little bungalow just round the corner last year and would happily have returned except we needed an extra bedroom. We were thrilled with the 'upgrade'. Sunnysands is on the new estate near the free car park and Beadnells gorgeous sandy beach. The house has everything you could ever need and provided plenty of space with ensuite showeRead morer room, comfy living room and well equipped kitchen. We were pleased to find that the garden was totally enclosed so our little dog couldn't sneak out. The only tiny gripe is that the housing planners haven't built a path to connect the estate with the other side of Beadnell so you have to walk all round but this was a small price to pay and gave us more time to work up an appetite on the way to the pub! The house is clean, bright and comfortable. We stayed as a couple with 2 'young adults' and we would definitely recommend it and we're all sad to leave. We found Sunnysands easy to book, great communication to let us know when we need to pay, how to get there, how to get the keys etc. And we love the vouchers. Hide

Very clean cottage, everywhere was spotless. Lots of cooking equipment, books, local information. The folder was very useful especially the dog friendly information. Perfect location for our weeks stay. Short walk to amazing quiet dog friendly beach and excess to long distance walking path. Very short drive to Seahouses for more shops/pubs cafes. QRead moreuiet location yet not far from main road for visiting other popular destinations such as Alnwick Castle. Garden great for dogs-fully fenced. Roughly go to 3 - 5 cottages each year and this has been the nicest for facilities, countryside, beach and dog friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Hopefully we will come again next year. Hide
