Seashells is a nice cottage with lots of room for two families and close to the village centre. It does have some maintenance issues that need resolving and a few areas that need a very good deep clean. If these are attended to it would be a comfortable cottage.

Ideally situated in Beadnell, walking distance for shop and beach. Lovely conservatory, which gets the sun all day, if its sunny! Great to have two bedrooms on ground floor, so no going upstairs for anyone with mobility issues, and toilet and bathroom on ground floor as well.
