Riverside Cottage enjoys a simply stunning setting in beautiful, rural Northumberland, next to the River Breamish on the Harehope Estate. Perfect holiday cottage for anyone who likes walking, cycling, (shed available for bike storage) sightseeing and fun family holidays. Sleeping up to 10 people, this cottage is perfect for simply relaxing and spending time together as a large group. The detached, stone-built house was originally two homes that have been lovingly joined to make one large, welcoming holiday cottage. With extensive gardens, perfect for dining out, enjoying a BBQ and for the kids and dogs to run around in and explore! Parking is available for up to 4 cars.

Meander through the garden and on to a number of footpaths, cycle ways and bridle paths to explore from the cottage.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Wonderful location; beautiful and a perfect base for exploring the county (on the edge of the national park and close to the coast). The cottage was a good size and contained most modern facilities. The wifi was unstable, however. The cottage does require some refurbishment/modernising as some parts of it are in disrepair. Once this is completed, iRead moret will become an outstanding location for large tour groups. Northumberland is an incredible holiday destination. Hide

We were a family of 10. the cottage was perfect. There was loads of room. Great outdoor space for children. We had a wonderful time. Easy to get anywhere, absolutely loved the cottage.

Excellent location for isolation. Biggest positive for us was that it is excellent for dog owners. Fully dog friendly accommodation which offers an excellent holiday for 4 dogs

Riverside had everything you would need and extras! Great additional extras such as a wide array of books & binoculars for looking out at that beautiful view! Warm & Cosy log fire!
