This property was in a great location, within a minute or two of the shops in town and on the town wall (the walk around the town wall is very interesting if you like history). Parking is easy after 5:00 p.m. and early in the morning but during the day time the car park fills up with people visiting the town (the car park is one minute away from thRead moree property). The only negative I had was a noisy guitarist underneath us, perhaps he was only there for the week though, check other reviews. Hide

Great location and in particular for dog walking. Car parking is a little walk away so suitcases etc have to be carried up to property. Noisy construction site to rear does spoil peacefulness during the day but all in all , recommend ed.

Home to the awe-inspiring Cheviot Hills and the historical Hadrian’s Wall, the Northumberland National Park is renowned for its open spaces, award-winning Dark Skies and stunning rural backdrops - and is the least populated national park in Britain. Offering access to challenging hikes, horse-riding, rock-climbing and a multitude of other action-packed activities, the park is one of the region’s greatest draws.
