The location of the property is very good as it is very close to the sea and to the town. The kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for the welcome pack. My main gripe is that whoever cleans the property needs to check that light bulbs are working after each let, that items in the welcome pack are not out of date, and the bathroom is cleaned properlyRead more. Great location, only a few minutes walk into the town of Amble. Good to be able to park outside the house. Not far to travel to places of interest. Lovely welcome pack and plenty of information about the area available. Lots of space for 4/5 people.

Lovely location and mostly a good place to stay. Well equipped kitchen but needs some little added extra touches to help (extra bin bags, spare cloths, cooking oil etc). Some TLC needed as showing signs of use, especially the bathroom found to be quite grubby. Welcome pack slightly disappointing following previous rave reviews (wine, box of out of Read moredate chocolates and two backs of hotel biscuits which were broken and subsequently left). Take a hairdryer and extra towels. Hide

Cottage is very cosy and a great location. There are a lot of stairs and the toilet is a long way from the bedroom. If you are very tall the beds may be too short. Otherwise a lovely place to be.

We had a wonderful time at Panhaven with our two children (aged two and six months). The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location within easy reach of the high street, harbour and beach. We're hoping to go back in a couple of years with the grandparents staying in Little Panhaven!

We are a family of 4 & the size was perfect. The location is a great base to explore from, easy access to the local beach for an early morning stroll or to walk from for miles along the lovely sandy beaches. There's a good local pub/eating house within a 5 min walk, pet friendly too. Amble is a 5 min walk too or you can walk further along to WarkwoRead morerth with its pretty little tea shops, again all pet friendly and a beautiful long beach here too. The cottage is really well equipped, warm and cosy with lovely comfortable beds, I slept like a log which is really important to me! The kitchen has everything you need, and if you don't want to watch a DVD (plenty to choose from) there's loads of books and games to choose from too. A good open space to pop your coats and boots in too so the place doesn't feel cluttered, there's plenty of room to stretch out. Lovely views, it feels like home from home. we really enjoyed our stay. Hide
