Location is ideal for a holiday, flat needs a makeover , not ideal if the people in the flat above have no consideration for the people in the flat below. Parking could be an issue.

The location is lovely and the welcome pack on arrival is nice. The flat does suffer from noise from above even with quiet people as there are no carpets upstairs. You also share WiFi with upstairs and its poor except for front bedroom. It is in a nice location but needs some TLC. Could be end of season blues.

We had a great time staying at Little Panhaven. The first thing my wife pointed out was that it had the best equipped kitchen of all those we'd stayed in. So easily accessible to the beach and the town. And we made great use of the seating area at the back.

The cottage is in a great location. Large open green opposite, ideal for walking the dog. In a quiet area but very handy for the town centre. Lots of great walking on the doorstep, particular the walk to Walkworth. Plus not far from local attractions within a few miles.

The location was fab. The cottage could be so nice with a bit of money spent on it. Upstairs has laminate floors and if this was replaced with carpet may keep the noise down for the guests on the ground floor.

To indulge in a spot of surfing, kayaking or powerboating, take a trip to one of the many breath-taking Northumberland beaches - where dogs love a good walk and fresh local seafood is never far away.

Home to the awe-inspiring Cheviot Hills and the historical Hadrian’s Wall, the Northumberland National Park is renowned for its open spaces, award-winning Dark Skies and stunning rural backdrops - and is the least populated national park in Britain. Offering access to challenging hikes, horse-riding, rock-climbing and a multitude of other action-packed activities, the park is one of the region’s greatest draws.

There is a huge range of spectacular wildlife and sea life waiting to be sighted, whether you take a boat ride to the Farne Islands to admire the colony of Atlantic grey seals and puffins, or explore the Kielder Water and Forest Park, home to magnificent ospreys. If it’s history you’re looking for, the imposing Bamburgh Castle and the world-famous Alnwick Castle are undoubtedly worth a visit.
