Kittiwake Apartment cannot be faulted for its location, easy walking to all amenities in Seahouses, a short distance to Bamburgh, still best beach. For eateries, if a special occasion the restaurant at the Mizenhead Head Hotel in Bamburgh was first class, great service and food superb. Used the local taxi in Seahouses to get there. For a great mealRead more with ambient atmosphere Elan Pizzeria in Seahouses is tops. Another great place which was recommended to us by Rob at St. Aidan's hotel in Seahouses was the Saltwater Cafe in Beadnell, great atmosphere and good food. A walk from Seahouses to Beadnell along the beach works up an appetite. Didn't manage a trip to the bistro at St Aidan's Hotel but the menu looks super so will go there on next visit Hide

Lovely apartment, clean & spacious with everything we needed. Easy to reach attractions. The places we particularly enjoyed were Cragside, The Alnwick Gardens and Lindisfarne. Also a boat trip out to the Farne Islands was really great and had a super ending when a pod of dolphins played around the boat on our way back.
