Really great location to access everything Seahouses has to offer. There is no outside space with the property which did mean taking our dogs out first and last thing, but we were aware of that. The Schooner Pub across the road does cause some noise particularly when closing and customers are leaving, but all over well before midnight and it's a veRead morery handy dog friendly bolthole. The cottage itself is lovely for two people. It might have been a bit of a squeeze if there were more adults. Hide

Kipper Cottage is a charming property located in the centre of Seahouses. It has been modernised and updated and is clean and comfortable. The cottage is set in a great location and the 2 pubs opposite didn't bother us at all and the locals were freindly. The food in all the pubs were excellent the Sunday lunch in the Bamburgh castle inn was good but order the small plate there is not much difference from the large one all in all we had a great time.

We thought the second bedroom was very small to be a double more like a single. It said a starter pack of logs would be available upon arrival up to the end of April we arrived on the 29th and there wasnt any and it was cold. However the cans of gRead morein and tonic were most welcome on arrival and we were grateful to see that milk, bread and dog treats were supplied. Hide
