This one bedroom, bungalow style Cottage for Tw is the ideal base for anyone wishing to visit the historic fishing village of Seahouses and the surrounding coastal villages and attractions. Located in the heart of the village, Harbour Snug is a stone’s throw from the harbour front and only a three minute walk to the local shops, friendly pubs and popular restaurants. This cottage is perfect for a short break or, a longer stay and ideal for boat trips to the Farne Islands, nearby Bamburgh village and Castle, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, The Alnwick Gardens and Castle and so much more!

With a well equipped, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, the cottage is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and arm chair, free guest Wi-Fi, an electric flame-effect fire and a flat-screen TV with DVD and freeview. Leading off from the lounge is the double bedroom and the bathroom. The cottage is double glazed throughout and with electric heaters, Harbour Snug is comfortable and cosy all year round.

Please note the cottage is close to the Schooner Inn, a friendly local which welcomes holiday makers and their dogs and has live music at weekends.

This cottage accepts up to 2 well behaved dogs.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Harbour Snug is a compact but efficient and comfortable cottage base to explore Seahouses, Bamburgh and Beadnell etc; The fact that our dog was allowed to come with us meant we had a great time exploring all the beaches in the area. The cottage was clean and all we needed was there on hand. The area was brilliant including The Black Swan Pub which Read moreadmitted dogs next door but one ton the cottage and The Smokehouse round the corner served fantastic smoked haddock and kippers. Just as expected from website, spotless. Very close to harbour and shops but a quiet cottage. Plenty places to eat out or takeaways. Enjoyed many walls on beautiful beaches. Great castles to see. Quiet time of year for those that avoid crowds. Great place for dogs.

Ideal cottage for a couple with a dog or two.Laid out so you could come straight in from the beach with wet sandy animals with no danger of spoiling or marking the floor,walls or furniture, many many places to dine out on good quality food and huge portions also the town has everything you need to cater at home Butchers, Bakers, Fishmongers SupermaRead morerket etc. Best of all miles and miles of beautiful unspoilt beaches Hide

Fabulous ground floor apartment in traditional cottages. Very dog friendly. Excellent location near Seahouses harbour. Great local fish shop round the corner (The Swallow Fish, in South Street) selling hot kipper fillet butties. The location of the cottage was great for getting Seahouses and all other areas. The cottage was clean, very well presented, well done on getting a holiday cottage 'feel' making customers feels on holiday immediately. This compact cottage is well equipped for two and is handy for the town centre, harbour, beaches, and local pubs. Boat trips to the Farne islands are a big attraction as is the Scuba Diving trips and services provided by Andrew and Toby Douglas o9f Sovereign Diving.
