Perfect little cottage for our needs & great base for touring round Northumberland, felt very relaxed with our two dogs & plenty eating places, which were dog friendly, shame could not park outside, but at least you could to unload, & parking permit a plus, also you could use it else where, once found our way around short cuts, two mins to car, twoRead more toilets a plus, would certainly go back & stay in this cottage, Hide

Noisy at night due to takeaway service and hotel outside catering nearby. Cottage looked to have been hastily cleaned upon our arrival and we struggled to obtain hot water. Frozen compartment was frozen and we spent a couple of hours defrosting it in order to put in frozen dog meat. However issues were dealt with promptly. So wouldn't recommend untRead moreil refurbishment complete. However near to good restaurants and all main facilities. Hide

Absolutely loved my time in Seahouses. The cottage was centrally located, had all the comforts in the cottage I needed. Clean, comfortable, ideal for a small family, pet friendly as well, as is the town. One of the best beaches I have ever seen. Highly recommended. Food in the town very good, odd place a little on the pricey side (Bamburgh Castle IRead morenn, 4.95 for a pint of beer). I would definitely choose Seahouses again over many locations in the UK and even Europe. Hide

Traditional cottage which is ery centrally located for shops, pubs, reastaurants and walks on the coastal path. No garden or view but that is definitely reflected in the price, so we were happy to forgo both as was an October break and there is an open fire to light in the evenings. Good sized cottage. Close to town centre. Good equipment inside. Downsides, have to leave car in public car park in town centre, cottage behind a pizza place, no good views out from cottage and would benefit from a spruce up.
