A large, beautiful property perfect for a larger family or group of friends, this house provides everything required for an adventure-filled, beachside holiday.

Spacious and attractive, Fairview is a lovely, large family holiday home offering everything you will need for a perfect self-catering seaside holiday. Located close to all the village amenities in popular Seahouses, right on the Northumberland coast, the house is ideally positioned for access to everywhere. The house enjoys a great position, close to Seahouses golf course and the local coastal paths with their panoramic sea views, as well as all the shops, restaurants, pubs, boat trips to the Farne Islands and within easy reach of Bamburgh Castle and village, Holy Island, Beadnell’s much loved bay for watersports and relaxing and so much more!

Fairview can sleep up to 9 guests with 4 good size bedrooms sleeping 8, plus a sofa bed in the dining room for a 9th guest and there are two walk-in shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom/WC. For relaxing after your days out and about in Northumberland, you can spend time in the lovely orangery/garden room which overlooks the enclosed garden and patio area. As well as offering free guest Wi-Fi, there is parking space on the drive for up to 3 cars and secure storage for your bikes, diving, surfing and walking equipment in the attached garage.

This cottage accepts two medium/large and three small well behaved dogs.

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The cottage was very well equipped, warm clean and inviting. The location is quite central in the area with lots of quality places to eat out. Also in easy reach of all the attractions, including castles, gardens and beaches.

It was clean and warm and very suitable for the needs of an extended family group of differing ages. The aga was a lovely addition. Booking was easy and when our kettle broke another was supplied later that day. The cottage was warm and welcoming as the aga was on all the time, great for an October break. Local shops were near enough to walk as werRead moree cafes etc. We spent a lot of time at the beaches in Bamburgh and Alnmouth. Hide

Fairview is a lovely house, plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants. Lovely clean dog friendly beaches. Plenty to do for all ages.

The house is a great place for a family plenty of space to spread about Everything you want is in the house, a good view over the golf course and on to the beach just ideal for walking the dog.
