A large, beautiful property perfect for a larger family or group of friends, this house provides everything required for an adventure-filled, beachside holiday.

Spacious and attractive, Fairview is a lovely, large family holiday home offering everything you will need for a perfect self-catering seaside holiday. Located close to all the village amenities in popular Seahouses, right on the Northumberland coast, the house is ideally positioned for access to everywhere. The house enjoys a great position, close to Seahouses golf course and the local coastal paths with their panoramic sea views, as well as all the shops, restaurants, pubs, boat trips to the Farne Islands and within easy reach of Bamburgh Castle and village, Holy Island, Beadnell’s much loved bay for watersports and relaxing and so much more!

Fairview can sleep up to 9 guests with 4 good size bedrooms sleeping 8, plus a sofa bed in the dining room for a 9th guest and there are two walk-in shower rooms and a downstairs cloakroom/WC. For relaxing after your days out and about in Northumberland, you can spend time in the lovely orangery/garden room which overlooks the enclosed garden and patio area. As well as offering free guest Wi-Fi, there is parking space on the drive for up to 3 cars and secure storage for your bikes, diving, surfing and walking equipment in the attached garage.

This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Fairview is a very well equipped cottage, with plenty of space for 8 adults. Location for walks or excursions is excellent. Aga cooking is great and very easy for beginners as we found out. We would love to return to Seahouses again very soon and we would be more than happy to rent Fairview again. Well equipped house close to the beach and within 10 minute walk of Seahouses centre and the harbour. Fabulous views over the golf course. All the comforts of home.

Lovely spacious house in a quiet lovely walk on the coastal path though crossing the golf course to get to it was stressful due too inpatient golfers. Apart from that is great Seahouses is lovely and the fish and chips outstanding,a trip to the Farne islands is a must so too a visit to the castles. Good family sized home in easy walking distance of the centre of Seahouses. Conservatory very pleasant area for relaxing after busy days spent sightseeing. Good fish & chip restaurants in Seahouses. Bathrooms & showers good and useful third loo on ground floor. Overall a great to stay.

House was very comfortable and well equipped, large orangery a bonus and in hot weather electric blinds keeps it cool. Aga easy to use, beds comfortable and walk in shower very good. Garden small but enclosed and secure for dogs. beach 5 mins, quiet estate with a 5 min walk to the centre of Seahouses.
