This spacious cottage offers great views of Beadnell Bay from the first-floor balcony, with direct access to the beach from the garden. This is the perfect home to relax after exploration of the area.

Tucked behind the beautiful dunes of Beadnell Bay, this spacious property offers everything you’ll need for the perfect seaside holiday - including direct access to the beach from its garden. Dunes View sleeps up to six people in four bedrooms, has a large balcony and offers family accommodation with enviable outdoor space and off road parking - making this one of the finest holiday cottages in Beadnell.

Four bedrooms lead off from the entrance hall downstairs - and guests will love the master bedroom, which overlooks the rear garden and benefits from a beautiful, new, en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a three-quarter double bed, the third and fourth bedrooms are a single. There’s also a lovely, new family bathroom on the ground floor - and a separate door from the garden leads into the utility room: the ideal place to leave wet suits and towels after a day on the beach!

A staircase leads to the light and spacious open plan living/dining room - with a glass door opening onto a large balcony with a table and chairs, with great views over the dunes to the sweeping sandy bay.

Families with small children should be aware when considering this property that the door to the balcony leads directly from the living area, and that the living area is open plan from the staircase. (Children must be supervised at all times on the balcony area). Upstairs in Dunes View, you’ll find a bright, modern and newly refurbished kitchen with all the facilities you’d expect to find in any modern home.

The property has a large, private, lawned garden - with a gate leading directly out onto the dunes and the beach beyond. This is the ideal space for children to play and adults to relax in the sun with a refreshing drink - and you’ll also benefit from ample off-road parking at the front of the property, with space for up to 4 cars.

Our Beadnell cottages are ideal for walking holidays all year round. Enjoy a tranquil walk to Low Newton-by-the-Sea, where you can sample The Ship Inn’s delicious local food and micro brewery. An excellent base for those interested in geology and bird watching, Beadnell also offers convenient access to boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour - and for a spot of golf, you’ll find stunning golf courses at Dunstanburgh, Seahouses and Bamburgh.

At Beadnell Bay, you’ll find a host of action-packed watersports guaranteed to please self-confessed thrill-seekers! The favourable wind directions and protected swells make this bay a surfing and bodyboarding hotspot - and the extensive beach is ideal for kiteboarding on sand or water. Many nearby diving clubs use the boat launch facilities at Beadnell Bay to access the fantastic dive sites scattered throughout the area.

This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Dunes View is in a magical location overlooking the dunes of Beadnell Beach. This is our 5th time staying at this property. So clearly we must like it! The upstairs living room is tasteful and relaxing. Good food a 10-minute walk away. Makes for happy guests and dogs.

Clean comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. We've stayed in this property on five occasions and every time it has been immaculate. Without doubt the cleanest property we have stayed in. Very happy with the updated bathrooms and kitchen. Dunes view in Beadnell offers luxury holiday accommodation in an outstanding location. Its upside dRead moreown accommodation makes best use of the views with beach views from the living room balcony. Dog friendly and ideal for couples or family breaks. The cottage was very suitable for our needs. Took plenty of walks on the beach as it is very near. A shame about the sand dunes blocking the view out to sea. Enjoyed very much.

Fabulous beach location. Cosy, comfortable holiday home for the week. Kitchen very well equipped and children loved the variety of board games available. Beadnell Bay is stunning!

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes View very much. It has a lovely upstairs living area looking out over the dunes and is well equipped, warm and comfortable. It is fantastic proximity to the beach especially in changeable weather! Lovely location and enjoyed trips to Alnwick Gardens too.

Dunes View is in a great location, literally metres from a lovely beach and the sea. Plenty of other coves and beaches to explore in the area, too. Lovely little village with 2 or 3 great places to eat

Enjoyed a lovely spring break in dunes view. The cottage was lovely and warm with everything we required on hand. It's in an excellent location we think the best in Beadnell, didn't want to leave.

Dunes View is the perfect place for relaxing. The balcony was used every day even though it was December. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We walked for miles with our dogs and visited castles and local dog friendly pubs and restaurants. the perfect pre Christmas break.
