This contemporary, three-bedroom apartment with unbeatable vistas of the coastline, Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island offers super-comfortable holiday accommodation.

Castle View is a beautiful, spacious apartment sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms and with two bathrooms and is set over two levels with fantastic views across the beach towards Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island. This first floor apartment offers a high standard of modern, holiday accommodation for a family or group of friends and is located right in the heart of Seahouses village close to the harbour.

There is a communal garden overlooking the harbour and coastline with seating to enjoy the views.

At Seahouses ,you are literally surrounded by stunning scenery and spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Within a short walk of the apartment  are many attractions in Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many friendly pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from in the village. The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour - great for seeing seals, local bird life and puffin spotting.

The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find this thriving, historic market town with something for everyone! A  visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls, tour the poison garden, take afternoon tea or have lunch in The Treehouse! Harry Potter fans of all ages should also visit Alnwick Castle (where scenes from Hogwarts' were filmed) and relive some of the favourite moments from the popular films.

The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches, ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coast to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.

Please note, that for larger groups, this cottage can be booked alongside other similar cottages.

This cottage offers private guest membership to use the facilities of The Ocean Club in Seahouses. This includes the 20-metre indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and spa/sauna area and a wide variety of equipment in the Fitness Suite. You can even book an hour with a personal trainer.

For those of you looking to relax a little more, you can treat yourself to a pamper day with a facial, a massage, a manicure or indulge in one of the specialist therapies on offer.There is also a coffee shop with a bar licence and free Wi-Fi to meet up with friends and family after your visit to the club.

We had a lovely week in a very well appointed flat. Access to things to do was excellent and the accommodation was very clean and very quiet, despite overlooking the main route through Seahouses and the harbour. The only issue is with parking. It is not possible to park in front of garage 8, as directed, because this blocks off access to two other Read moregarages and the entrance to other flats. On the final night we could not park in the complex at all so, having two cars, one had to pay. Hide

A spacious and well situated property with beautiful views of the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle. The village of Seahouses offers a really god choice of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area.A few easy to achieve improvements would make this the perfect holiday home.

Accommodation ideally situated whether you want to park your car for the week and explore by foot or use the place as a base for day trips by car. Recommend visits to the Islands by boat as a highlight, plus a sea fishing trip.
