A cosy holiday home found just outside the Northumberland village of Felton, offering its own four-seater hot tub with privacy screens – its location offers plenty to see and do nearby. The perfect family or couples’ getaway.

Brambles is a beautifully presented holiday home with a hot tub located outside the popular village of Felton with a fantastic artisan bakery and restaurant and just 15 minutes from the market town of Alnwick with its magnificent Castle (Hogwarts and Downton Abbey Fame) and The Alnwick Gardens. Brambles offers guests luxury furnishings and facilities for all the family, including a 4 seater Hot Tub with privacy screens and outdoor lighting for family fun both day and night. There is a lovely decking and veranda area with quality, outdoor furniture for dining or relaxing to watch the local wildlife - red squirrels, roe deer and a variety of beautiful birdlife. Inside, there is plenty of storage, a 50 inch, flat screen TV, a clever music system allowing you to control music in each room, In addition to the free guest Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs and a reclining sofa in the lounge and off-road parking in next to the property.

With 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a shower room, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and light and airy living room with French doors leading to the outside space and hot tub.

Located at Felmoor Park just outside the Northumberland village of Felton with its renowned bakery/restaurant, The Running Fox - a must to visit with a large appetite for breakfast, lunch and sumptuous Afternoon Teas!). Brambles enjoys an open and sunny aspect with lovely trees to the front. There is a reception area with a bar on site. the village shops and pubs are only 5 minutes away and there is a friendly animal park for a great family visit just 2 minutes down the lane. For days out, the famous Alnwick Castle, The Alnwick Gardens and market town with Barter Books (Keep Calm and Carry On fame) and a range of lovely shops and eateries is an easy 10 miles to the north via the A1, while the beautiful golden beaches and local attractions at Warkworth, Amble, Alnmouth, Druridge Bay and Cresswell are all only 20 minutes by car to the east and the bustling, historic market town of Morpeth is jsut 15 minutes to the south. To the west the popular village of Rothbury and the Northumberland National Park are also just 20 minutes away.

For golfing enthusiasts, Northumberland has an array of excellent courses and one of these is Burgham Park Golf course which is 2 minutes from Felmoor Park with panoramic views of the Simonside Hills and its bar and restaurant are open to the public. Other nearby well renowned restaurants include The Tree House at The Alnwick Garden and The Cook and Barker at Newton on the Moor.

This cottage accepts one well behaved dog.

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Delightful, cosy cottage with everything we needed. A welcome pack made arrival extra special and the hot tub was lovely and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends amd family.

Brambles was a cosy and well equipped place to stay.Had everything we needed and the hot tub was great to relax in. The owners were very friendly and helpful too. On arrival a welcome pack with beer and wine was waiting! 5 mins up the A1 is a fantastic pub the 'Cook and Barker' real ales and superb food at a reasonable price.

Brambles was superb. It was just as the pictures had looked. It was immaculate. The bedding and towels were hotel quality and great facilities. They were more than adequate for our needs My daughter and family have already booked the same cottage on our recommendation! It was in an ideal location, close to the sea but also near the main routes tRead moreo attractions. Cragside is a must we also enjoyed Alnmouth beach. Another lovely visit to Northumberland. Wonderful holiday home and very helpful owners. The only thing not perfect was the weather! We enjoyed our stay and the coffee and food at The Running Fox and bar food at The Northumberland Arms.
