This cottage is all about the location - sea views from lounge and bedroom, right on the harbour at Craster. Good parking, friendly neighbours in a lovely village. Inside the property is very basic, chilly, reminded me of a student house. Smelt strongly of dogs, particularly the old leather sofas. The blinds collapsed in the childrens bedroom, we nRead moreeeded heating (in August) and this worked eventually but I wouldnt think it would be warm enough in winter. Hide

Lovely location, clean and tidy. Wonderful to wake to the sound of the sea.... Though property is looking a little tired internally. Great for dog owners. The coastal path is on the doorstep!

The property was clean, and a great location but we felt it was quite basic, and could do with updating. Furniture was tired. We felt the photo's online made the property look far more attractive than we found it. We wouldn't return to this property.

Offering access to challenging hikes, horse-riding, rock-climbing and a multitude of other action-packed activities, the park is one of the region’s greatest draws.

There is a huge range of spectacular wildlife and sea life waiting to be sighted, whether you take a boat ride to the Farne Islands to admire the colony of Atlantic grey seals and puffins, or explore the Kielder Water and Forest Park, home to magnificent ospreys.
