Beachy Point is a welcoming, family holiday home-from-home for up to 6 guests located on the new and exclusive Beadnell Point development, right opposite the beautiful, crescent-shaped Beadnell beach and bay.

This property is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a memorable holiday together in comfortable surroundings and the contemporary, open-plan design means that you and your family will have plenty of space to spread out and relax! The living area comprises of a light and spacious lounge with a cosy log burner, large dining table and modern kitchen with large windows and high ceilings, allowing lots of natural light to flood in. The living space opens outside onto a good size, enclosed decking area, where you can sit on the comfortable chairs and enjoy the afternoon sunshine while watching the children play in the surrounding communal gardens and dine in style, al fresco.

Beachy Point is set over two floors, there is one double bedroom and separate WC on the ground floor - perfect for multigenerational families and upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one master king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom which offers sea views and a spacious family bathroom. From the upstairs balcony, you can view the open plan living area below.

The house is just a short walk from the local village which is offers an excellent grocery store and two wonderful and welcoming, dog friendly pub/restaurants with cosy open fires, in addition to the popular Salt Water Café - cafe by day and exclusive bistro by night.

Beadnell in Northumberland has one of the most acclaimed beaches in the UK and is also known for its busy harbour and a range of watersports activities which take place all year round. This is a great base for exploring, not only the Beadnell area itself with its many coastal paths and its neighbouring seaside villages of Seahouses and Bamburgh, including the popular market towns of Alnwick (Hogwart’s Castle and The Alnwick Gardens), Rothbury (for Cragside House) and England’s pretty border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. The whole area is simply beautiful and you could be a million miles away from busy, city life but is easily accessible, if you want it being only an hour from Newcastle and a little further from Edinburgh.

This cottage accepts up to three well behaved dogs.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £150 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Lovely, new beach house in a great location. Kids loved their visit to Alnwick Gardens to see Santa and the dog loved welcoming toys and treats on arrival! Beachy Point had everything we needed and more - we especially loved the extra welcoming touch of dog toys and treats - so did Patch the dog!

We stayed 2-5 November 2017 . We really enjoyed our stay . The house is in an excellent location for the beach , only a 5 minute walk away . The children and our dog loved the garden . The house was well equipped and well furnished . We would highly recommend it to anyone and would certainly book it again . Thank you
