Located on the coastal path in a picturesque seaside village, this beautiful late 19th century Grade II listed cottage makes a wonderful holiday home in breathtaking and tranquil surroundings.

Beach House, located on the coastal path in the picturesque seaside village of Bamburgh was built in the late 19th Century and is a Grade Two listed cottage.

At Beach House, you are literally just a short stroll away from the sandy dunes which lead onto the beautiful Bamburgh beach and the village amenities and Northumberland’s many local attractions are all within easy reach.

This property comfortably sleeps 6 /7 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bath/shower rooms and has a light and spacious, contemporary look and feel with many attractive features and high quality, colour-coordinated soft furnishings throughout. With the cosy, wood burning stove, as well as free Wi-Fi, i-pod docking station and Nintendo games for your family entertainment, you will really enjoy coming back to Beach House, Bamburgh after a day out exploring the area!

Outside there is a front and back garden. The garage houses the washing machine and tumble dryer should you wish to use these during your stay. There is also a charcoal BBQ and a selection of garden furniture, wind breaks, body boards, buckets and spades for guests to use.

The rear, lawned garden is enclosed and has a patio area for you to sit outside and enjoy a relaxing cool drink in the sunshine whilst watching the children play.

This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was in a perfect location to get to the beach and only a ten minute walk to the village of Bamburgh where you could get a lovely evening meal. The cottage had everything you would need for a family or group of friends.

Very well equipped comfortable cottage in a quiet location very close to Bamburgh beach and Castle. Great places to eat nearby. Visited Lindesfarne, Grace Darling museum, Seahouses, Cragside near Alnwick, Craster and Howick Hall all well worth a visit. It is a great area to visit and we will be back.

This lovely cottage is ideally located in a small close of similar cottages and although it is close to the main road it is extremely tranquil. The centre of Bamburgh is about 15 mins walk and the castle a little closer (and well worth a visit, with great views over Bamburgh). The beach is a short walk across the main road and dunes and is a great Read moreplace for children (very safe) and dogs. The cottage itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs which would suit guests with mobility difficulties. The garden is mostly laid to lawn, with table & chairs for outside dining, and is totally secure for dogs or young children. All in all a home from home and thoroughly recommended. Hide

The cottage was a real home from home and just across the road to Bamburgh beach - the ideal location. Bamburgh and Alnwick Castles, the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne were all great.

Great location and very well equipped. We were delighted with the cottage and so pleased that the owner allowed dogs to stay. The Beach House is in a fantastic location, it is beautifully furnished and is a true home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed walking our two dogs on the beach, which was only a matter of minutes away. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and better than the pictures on the website. The cottage was in a great location. Lovely, well-appointed cottage in an ideal location for the beach and a short walk into Bamburgh. Good restaurants in Bamburgh and the castle is worth a visit. Great place for dog walking on the quiet beach and sand dunes.
