This lovely, stylish and contemporary house is ideally located for exploring Northumberland’s treasures and glorious coast, it is the perfect getaway to relax with friends and family.

An inviting house with attention to detail which is located in a quiet, residential area is the perfect base for exploring Northumberland’s National Park and coast. Enjoy a day at Alnwick Castle and Gardens, that are featured in the Harry Potter films. Enjoy a trip to the coast and explore the many castles and ruins or build sandcastles on one of the magnificent beaches. For those of you that enjoy the great outdoors, there’s the Cheviot Hills, Glendale and coastal routes which provide excellent walking and cycling trails. For the golfers there is several renowned courses to enjoy a round of golf close by. With so much to see and do, you will want to return time and time again.

Venture through the front door into the entrance hall, hang up your coats, your holiday is about to begin. Head through into the lounge/diner, where you can relax on the sofas and enjoy your favourite TV programme or film on the Smart TV/DVD. Enjoy good company and conversation around the dining table over dinner and decide where to explore the following day. Just off the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, for a fresh morning coffee and a microwave. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms,  a double, a twin and a  single bedroom. You will also find the contemporary bathroom on this floor with shower over bath and WC.

Open the patio doors from the dining area and step outside into the enclosed garden with decked area with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or some lovely evening sunshine. There is off-road parking for two cars available.

Absolutely fabulous, we couldnt fault the house at all. It was very clean, tidy, well stocked with all you could need and a great location. A lovely warm welcome from the Sharon and Rob on arrival. We would definitely love to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone else without hesitation.

This warm and comfortable property suited our needs very well. Its location is perfect for exploring Alnwick and the Northumbrian coast, about 15 minutes walk to pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions. Sharon and Rob did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant holiday.
