This is a cosy cottage in Beadnell which offers comfortable accommodation for families and groups who want to enjoy a seaside holiday within easy reach of Beadnell Bay.

Smugglers Cove is one of our many cottages in Beadnell and provides a comfortable and relaxing place for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a seaside holiday or short break away from it all - within easy reach of the beautiful Beadnell Bay! The nearby village of Seahouses is a short drive or walk along the Northumberland Coastal Path where you can discover many more restaurants and shops, or take a boat trip to the much-loved Farne Islands for a look at the amazing local wildlife.

One of a number of conveniently located Beadnell cottages, 3, Smugglers Cove is near many regional treasures. Bamburgh’s iconic castle, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, Craster harbour village and Low Newton-by-the-Sea are all nearby - making this property the perfect base to explore the delights Northumberland area has to offer.

The cottage’s spacious and light lounge is tastefully furnished, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo, WC and basin, and there’s an additional toilet located downstairs.

At 3, Smugglers Cove, there are three bedrooms (all tastefully decorated and furnished) - please be aware that the third bedroom is located downstairs and is a small room with children’s bunk beds and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

As with many of our Beadnell holiday cottages, this property is cosy and comfortable all year round - guaranteeing guests a relaxing stay and a fantastic night’s sleep. The cottage is centrally heated, which means you can enjoy a holiday here whatever the season!

Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are included.

This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautiful modern cottage 5 minutes walk from the gorgeous beaches in Beadnell. 2 minutes walk from the Craster Arms that offers lovely meals - the staff are great too. The cottage has everything you may need, although it would have been great to have some foil and cling film to ensure we could easily keep the oven and fridge clean. Best equipped kitchen in a cottage, that I have rented over the years. Lovely bright cottage, in a lovely village with three eating places just yards away. The area all along the coast is amazing. Alnwick is a nice town and Barter Books is a most visit and Alnwick Castle. Seahouses you can get a boat to the local Islands and see birds and seals.

The cottage is ideally situated for walks along the coast path, the walk to Bamburgh along the beach is stunning. Can recommend Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle and a trip to Lindisfarne is well worth the short drive.

3 Smugglers Cove was brilliant and in a lovely area. Local pub was very nice with a great outside area. The kids enjoyed the little play park in Beadnell. We visited Bamburgh Castle, The Copper Kettle is lovely for lunch. We all enjoyed Seahouses, Holy Island and Heatherslaw Light Railway. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return.

Beadnell is a quiet location close enough to visit many popular sites such as Bamburgh castle, Alnwick castle and gardenHadrian's wall, Lindisfarne. A beautiful coastline with lovely sandy beaches and sand dunes. Our dog absolutely loved it. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers. A tastefully renovated cottage with new bedroom extension, offering superb views. Close proximity to the national park and well within driving distance to Rothbury which offers a selection of good shops including local bakeries, a health food shop and a shop selling local artist's gifts

The cottage scores highly for location RE walking, pubs, local shop, etc. It's clean and generally well stocked. The lovely coastal scenery and nearby walking made this an enjoyable holiday. Local attractions include Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and some fantastic fish stalls and pubs.

Location is brilliant as it is so handy for the beaches in Beadnell, aswell as the pubs and eateries in the village. It is a great base to see the rest of the beautiful coastline and we always choose Beadnell for our our annual break in the Summer with the dog.
