This idyllic cottage, situated in such a wonderful location, close to a working farm and stunning scenery, traditional yet with a contemporary twist, everything you could want to unwind and relax.

This is a pretty stone cottage, sleeping four guests across two bedrooms and welcoming two dogs. Nestled amongst farmland in north Northumberland, close to the border with Scotland, it is an idyllic location for a family holiday, romantic break or getaway with friends.

The cottage is one of three, former farm workers cottages which enjoy far-reaching views across the open farmland and Northumberland National Park. Set near a working farm, it offers a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy watching gliders swooping silently over the Cheviots, taking gentle strolls to the local pub and farm shop in Milfield (2 miles) or exploring the local area by car. In the nearby market town of Wooler you’ll find restaurants, cafés and shops; a lovely spot to while away a couple of hours.

This pleasing cottage has a bright and modern feel. A cosy lounge with wooden floor, comfortable sofa, stylish armchairs and woodburner provides the perfect place to kick back and relax of an evening. A TV/DVD and a selection of books and games are provided for your entertainment. Beyond the lounge, the well-equipped kitchen-diner is beautifully designed, with wooden worktops, solid wooden dining table, electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Upstairs, two double bedrooms both enjoy beautiful views and share a stylish bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, the back garden boasts an enclosed patio with garden dining furniture, lockable bike storage, a pizza oven, BBQ and a lawn and wooded area, perfect for games and relaxing strolls. There is parking for one car to the front of the property.

The cottage at Kypie Farm was an absolute delight. A beautifully furnished and impressively equipped property which was spotlessly clean for our arrival. The welcome pack is hugely generous too ! When we arrived we were thoroughly thrilled thrilled with what wed booked. Almost felt like the photos didnt give it the full admiration it deserves. A beautiful cottage in a quiet countryside location. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and made us feel very welcome - the fire was even prepared ready to light! Great location for trips to the coast or cities nearby over the border. This was our second visit and we will be go back again. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic little cottage, greatly equipped. All you need in one place the welcome pack upon arrival gave you all the essentials and even the dogs were catered for, with treats and toys. The photo's don't do this cottage justice! The interior is brand new, homely and extremely cozy. The cupboards are filled with every day necessities and the house is fully equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably.
