Very clean and stylist studio cottage. Lovely to sit by the log fire in the winter. Everything you need for a short stay and whilst theres nothing in the immediate vicinity its well located for all the go-to locations in the region and the service station at the top of the road sells all the essentials. Beautifully converted cottage, small and cosy which is perfect for a little break for two, or for one with a pooch. Has everything you need, including little extras like the log fire. The cottage was lovely and clean and in a perfect location. Although the property is on a main road, don't let that put you off as it was very quiet.

Gorgeous cosy little cottage - very close to Bamburgh/Beadnell and Seahouses (10 minute drive to Bamburgh). We had a fab time and couldnt recommend more.

The property was clean, nicely furnished and relatively well maintained. However, the heating (without lighting the wood burner ) was insufficient particularly in the bathroom which was freezing. We also thought it was closer to Bamburgh than it was and it does not have any views.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We noted that the mattress needs replacing...the tv doesnt work well and the hot water system is not great but all in all we were comfortable and warm and Bamburgh is not far away. The beaches are spectacular and we ate so well at local pubs such as the White Swan in Warrenford and the Tankerville Arms in Eglingham

We wanted some quiet time away and that is exactly what we got. The cottage was lovely had everything we needed, was clean and cozy. Only 1 thing could do with improving and that is lighting in bathroom wasn't very well lit. On Xmas day we had no cooker hob, but credit to the caretaker he kept in contact with us to get it sorted. Also noise from baRead morethroom in cottage next door was quite loud (toilet been flushed and extractor fan) But we would definitely stay again dispite these things Hide

Location more suited for a couple without a dog. No where near the cottage to walk your dog. It still is a great location to explore the Northumberland area, especially the coast.
