Lovely place. Near enough to Gateshead and Newcastle, but tucked nicely away in the countryside. Not far from Beamish and Hadrian's wall. A very good location to explore the area.

Ideal location to visit the Tyne Valley area - rural area but easy enough to get places. Cottage was clean & tidy. Owner on hand if anything needed. If you have a dog, lovely garden and a couple of acres for them to run around.

The Granary is lovely. So cosy and close to many attractions. It was so clean and well-equipped. Really lovely pillows ( a particular bug bear of mine!). The surroundings are outstandingly beautiful. There is a lovely outdoor seating area but we didn't get the chance to use it. We had a fantastic time.
