The cottage was in a great location. It was very clean and comfy. Communication with the owner was very quick. The cottage has plenty of room for 7 plus a dog. Facilities were good. The family bathroom had huge shower and beautiful roll top bath in it. The cottage had lovely lighting. There was lots of info about local things to do . There iRead mores a lovely Indian and brewery in Bellingham. Unfortunately we didn't find the food at the local pub great but the staff were great and good bar. If we were to visit the same area again I'd want to stay at the cottage again. Hide

Lovely base for exploring Northumbria. Worth exploring local walks around West Woodburn and Bellingham. And then Cragside and the Northumbria park a short drive away. Petrol stations are a tad remote so keep an eye out.
