Ideally situated, just five minutes walk from the harbour views, and ten minutes walk from the town Centre and all its eateries, of which many are excellent quality places to eat. The home was very comfortable and well equipped with the advantage of free parking.

A basic cottage, no garden, in a great location, parking is a mare with people going to swallow fish for kippers they block the exit from the parking area. This happened regularly during the opening hours of the shop. If youre going out in your car leave early.

This was almost like a show home when we arrived. The sofa has seen better days but apart from that everything looked quite new and the cottage was beautifully designed. Beds were very comfortable and the whole place spotless. It is well equipped apart from no dryer - there is no garden either but there is a clothes horse. We love this cottage, it has everything inside you could possibly need, plus an allocated parking spot. If you want a beach for the kids/dogs or enjoy visiting castles I would highly recommend booking Lindisfarne cottage and venturing out somewhere different every day. I suggest you plan clothing for every type of weather, just in case.
