The cottage was comfortable but could do with modernisation. It was in a lovely quiet location but very convenient for the A1

Property has really good potential. It is a situated a good place for exploring the area. . The swimming pool is real asset and my family enjoyed swimming in it. However, in my opinion the cottage is in need of updating.

A well-appointed cottage in a good location and very good bookable pool for private use. We liked the bedrooms all being en-suite and having TVs and having dishwasher tablets, foil and so on left for us.

Property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was quiet yet well positioned for visiting all the local beaches and attractions. The swimming pool, sauna and tennis court were excellent and kept the kids entertained. Pub across the road served amazing food! We loved our stay, thanks for a great family holiday experience

Lovely cottage with all amenities needed. Secure, small yard for the dog. Close to the A1 but no noise from this at the cottage. Quiet area which is just a short drive from some amazing beaches and beautiful, quaint villages. The swimming pool was great for my morning exercise, and for kids to have a splash, if the weather isnt kind. Pub across theRead more road is so handy for a drink and some delicious food. For info. The details dont mention a BBQ, which is correct (but the old photo shows one). Hide

The cottage is lovely, maybe a bit of modernisation is needed in the main room but it suited our purposes and we had a lovely time

Nice, well equipped comfy cottage in an ideal location for exploring the Northumberland coast (and countryside). Literally 30 seconds drive from the A1 road, however there is no intrusive traffic noise heard. Handy en-suite bathrooms are helpful for busy family users. The only caution is to be aware you may run out of hot water if everyone wants a Read moreshower around the same time, otherwise everything is fine. Hide
