Reconnect with your loved ones in this peaceful holiday home in the pretty coastal village of Alnmouth. Sleeping six people across three bedrooms, this is a perfect accommodation option for families or groups of friends in search of an adorable cottage to call home while they explore Northumberland together. During the day, wander by the charming pastel-coloured fishermen’s cottages and stone houses that line the streets of Alnmouth. In the evening, come home to enjoy an al fresco dinner in the pretty courtyard before heading to the lounge to warm your toes by the wood burner.

Step inside and head to the first floor to relax in the inviting lounge, which features a characterful accent stone wall behind the wood burner. Then make your way to the open-plan white-washed kitchen/diner on the first floor to rustle up some dinner for everyone. Get the whole gang together at the dining table to eat, or head outside to the shared courtyard to enjoy al fresco dining. After dinner, head back to the lounge and lose yourself in a good book in front of the crackling wood burner. We really enjoyed our stay at Alnholme as a family with school age children. We could walk to the beach each day easily from the cottage. Everything we needed for the stay was available. This house is great. The fixtures and fitting are excellent and the amount of equipment in the kitchen is like home from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent and the lounge is super comfy. Location wise is excellent right in the middle of Alnmouth you can park the car and leave it which is brilliant.

A very comfortable and well equipped house. The furnishings are all good quality and there's plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. A lovely stay, would book again.

We had a wonderful Christmas break at Alnholme - the property is perfect for a family of 5, very well equipped and comfortable with some really lovely touches. The location in the heart of Alnmouth village is also perfect and we enjoyed a week of beach walks, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and fantastic night skies.

Just back from a great stay at Aln Holme. Perfect location, fab beer garden in pub opposite, 5 mins from beach, house had everything we needed. Perfect base to explore the Northumberland coast. Loved Ruth's art. Only slight issue is parking in the village, though we always managed to find a spot.
