Great location and good size for what we needed. Kids plates/bowls would have been helpful but not a big issue as wed brought some with us. However, the cottage was not very clean in places, e.g. floor under kitchen island, inside chest of drawers in bedrooms. Also looking a bit tired in places with some of the paintwork and in the main bathroom.
